Terms of service
Dezdok IT Infrastructure | dezdokit.com | Last updated: 3 October 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Dezdok IT Infrastructure LLC (“Dezdok”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They apply to your use of dezdokit.com (the “Website”) and to any IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management or related services we provide (the “Services”).
By accessing the Website or requesting our Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Website for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Our services
We provide services including cyber risk auditing, reviewing and testing, computer systems housing, data classification and analysis, IT network services, IT infrastructure, and data management and cybersecurity services.
Descriptions on the Website are general. The scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for any project are set out in a written proposal, statement of work or service agreement (“Agreement”). If an Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Agreement prevails for that project.
3. Using the website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our servers, or any connected system.
- Scan, probe or test the Website’s security without our prior written permission.
- Introduce malware, scrape data at scale, or interfere with how the Website operates.
- Submit false, misleading or unlawful information.
- Use the Website to infringe anyone’s rights or to break UAE or other applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time, without notice, to protect security or comply with the law.
4. Client responsibilities
To deliver the Services well, you agree to:
- Give us accurate information, timely access and the decisions we reasonably need.
- Keep your own backups of systems and data before we begin any work on them.
- Make sure you have the right to authorise us to access the systems, networks and data involved.
- Keep any credentials we provide confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
Delays caused by missing access or information may move timelines and may change fees.
5. Security testing authorisation
We only carry out penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, or similar activities on systems that you own or are authorised to have tested, and only after we receive written authorisation that defines scope, targets, methods and timing.
You confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions, including from hosting providers and other third parties, before testing starts. Testing carries inherent risk, including service interruption or data loss. You accept those risks within the agreed scope, and we will take reasonable care to limit disruption.
6. Fees and payment
- Fees are as stated in your Agreement or proposal and are exclusive of VAT and other taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Invoices are payable within [14] days of the invoice date, in the currency shown.
- We may charge interest on overdue amounts and pause the Services until payment is received.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and starts only after you approve it.
- Unless the Agreement says otherwise, fees paid are non-refundable for work already delivered.
7. Intellectual property
The Website, including its design, text, graphics, logos and code, belongs to Dezdok or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share its content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy, modify or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Deliverables created specifically for you are licensed or assigned to you as set out in your Agreement, once payment is complete. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods, templates and know-how, and you receive a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s non-public business, technical and security information confidential, use it only for the purpose of the Services, and disclose it only to people who need to know and are bound by similar duties. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the recipient, was already known to it, or must be disclosed by law.
9. Third-party products and links
Our Services may involve third-party hardware, software, cloud platforms or data-centre providers. Those products are subject to their own licences and terms, and we are not responsible for their performance or availability. The Website may also link to third-party sites that we do not control.
10. Disclaimers
We perform the Services with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, the Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any audit, test or security measure will find every vulnerability or prevent every incident. Cybersecurity is a continuing process, and results reflect the state of your systems at the time of review.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data.
- Our total liability arising from the Services will not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific Services giving rise to the claim in the [12] months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or wilful misconduct.
12. Indemnification
You agree to compensate us for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, from your unlawful use of the Website or Services, or from a claim that systems or data you asked us to work on were not yours to authorise.
13. Termination
Either party may end an Agreement as set out in it. We may suspend or end your access to the Website or Services immediately if you breach these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons. After termination, you must pay all fees due for work done, and sections that by their nature should continue (including intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and governing law) will remain in effect.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable there. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute in good faith. If we cannot, the courts of Dubai will have [exclusive] jurisdiction, unless your Agreement provides for arbitration.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Website after that date means you accept the changes. Changes do not alter the terms of an existing signed Agreement unless both parties agree.
